Project Overview
Advance Care Planning empowers individuals to reflect on and communicate their future care preferences, covering personal, legal, clinical, and financial decisions. It encourages open conversations with loved ones and care providers to promote autonomy, dignity, and thoughtful decision-making in Northern Ireland.

I collaborated with the Public Health Agency’s Advance Care Planning team to develop a comprehensive communications strategy aimed at encouraging the public to start future-planning conversations. The campaign used a multifaceted approach, including a suite of films showcasing how creativity helped community groups explore Advance Care Planning, paired with a soft, approachable visual style to make sensitive topics accessible.
Creative Direction: I developed the campaign’s creative styling to effectively convey the core messages in a relatable and engaging manner, ensuring consistency across all campaign materials.
Film Production Coordination: I managed the production of 15 Seed Grant films, designing interview questions to draw out authentic, impactful stories. I oversaw project progress and worked with the editor to create custom graphic elements for the films.
Design and Digital Solutions: I created policy documents adapted into 10 languages, developed event visuals, and designed website graphics for the Department of Health. I also designed the Advance Care Planning Level 1 eLearning module.
